Hey, I'm looking for metal infused with a traditional mediterranean folk sound ie. use of the bouzouki, tambouras, oud, etc.. I would expect there are at least some Greek/Turkish bands out there with this sound.

Pantheist's last album fits your description.
Odious from Egypt use oud here and their on their album, I don't know you're looking for the "oriental" type though.
