Nyktalgia is a good band, I like their self-titled album quite a bit. They might constitute as having "high pitched" vocals, but isn't that somewhat of a trademark in back metal? Nyktalgia is certainly depressive though.

ColdWorld is also a band that comes to mind, however I didn't think Melancholie² was anything special. I only listened to it once though, so I probably should give it a few more listens.

Gris also creates depressive black metal, could try them out as well.

I'd give those bands a try if you aren't yet familiar with them.

know wedard, really great band.
But it is not high pitche vocal that i have a problem with, its that kind of whiney attitude that is in silencer

Oh, absolutely. It took a few listens for me to get it.

After seeing this in another thread, check I'm In A Coffin. Extremely depressive and atmospheric. Try it.

Try Nocturnal Depression (Fra), they're quite a good depressive black metal band. Songs to look out for are Nostalgia (they have a shortened video of that song on youtube which cuts out all the, arguably, unecessary parts) and Solitude and Despair.
