I am looking for projects that sound similar to Musk Ox and Vali, acoustic neofolk with classical instruments in the mix as well. Any and all help is appreciated!

There's a neofolk help thread among the stickies that you should go over, since (I'm guessing) you're new to the genre.

Anyways, the three best albums to start with are Ulver's Kveldssanger, Agalloch's The White EP, and the compilation double-album, Whom the Moon a Night Song Sings.
