Power metal bands/albums similar to Kamelot

Looking for bands that have most or all of the following elements that were especially prevalent in the Roy Khan era:

-Relatively lacking in "cheese"
-Attractive yet powerful vocals, male preferred
-Romantic European aesthetics, especially using many historical elements that aren't too far back in time (eg. between the late middle ages to ww1)
-Elements of love and/or fantasy
-"Theatrical" sound and performance; accompanied with a keyboard and maybe other forms of orchestration

The closest contenders I can think of are Versailles and Seven Spires, with runner-ups including Avantasia, Lovebites, and Nightwish. Some adjacent bands I can think of are Within Temptation up to Resist, and Khan/Karevik's side prog bands Conception and Seventh Wonder. Doesn't exactly have to sound like Kamelot, but should have the qualities stated above.
