I've been finding some Polish acts like Wilk, Bitwa, and Kraina Wiecznego Mrozu to be pretty catchy stuff. I really like "Defenders of the Blood" if that can be used as a reference.
So uh, it doesn't have to be NSBM but coincidentally most of the bands I seem to be looking for are in this vein so whatever.
