Requesting bands that sounds like this:
Maximalist
Slow
Droned notes
Clean Low pitched whispered vocals
Focus on bass sounds
Bright Themes
Slow speed clean guitars
Conventional song structures
Clean sounds

I don't know where this "bright metal" tag comes from, but your description fits Type O Negative. Go after its legions of clone bands too, you are bound to find stuff like what you described.
