Cheers, all.

Looking for recent hard rock guitar-driven tracks (upbeat tracks, not ballads) in the vein of Velvet Revolver, Buckcherry, Wilson, Charm City Devils, Burn Halo, etc. Primarily for a gym workout playlist. Thanks in advance for any recs!

Examples I enjoy:

Cheers for the recs!! You've def got the feel I'm looking for!

The Cassanovas - Perfect!!

Taddy Porter - Not fond of the nonsensical lyrics (nah-nah-nah...etc.) but liked their music. Will look into more of their tracks.

Danko Jones - Liked it! Plus Lemmy LOL! Will listen to more of their material

Airbourne - Def ACDC vibe (thats a good thing!)

Aranda - Liked it!

Gemini Syndrome - Another good rec!

Nonpoint - Not my fav track but I'm interested & will check out more of their material

I'm glad you like them. I figured you wouldn't like the Cinderella one, but I took a chance because it's a cool riff!

You may hate a lot of that. Pretty much everyone hates Nickelback, but the last two songs might fit what you're looking for.

Cheers, Mate! Really appreciate your help with the recs! I acknowledge that I'm very particular so please don't take any of my reactions as being a sign of lack of gratitude for the effort!

Revolutioners - Music good, lyrics & songwriting a bit trite

Charm City Devils - Perfect, exactly the style I'm after

Emphatic - Great add! I'd not heard of them before. Great song!

Jay Smith - Not bad, will look into some more of his material for possibly faster songs

Social D - Like the music, vocal style not my favorite but will check out more of their content

Babylon AD - Songwriting a bit shallow, didn't care for the vocal style

Tyketto - A bit too soft, looking for something harder / edgier

Nickelback - Wanting to be objective here :) the music isn't bad. Their songwriting and lyrics are too simplistic for my taste.

Again, thanks for the recs and please keep 'em coming!

Rise Against - Behind Closed Doors: Great song, great sound! Perfect!

Rise Against - Worth Dying For: OK song, good sound

Egypt Central - White Rabbit: Good sound, good song. Liked it.

Egypt Central - Kick Ass: Liked the music, lyrics a bit too base.

Shinedown - Love 'em

Wayland - Decent music, couldn't get behind the vocals though

Thanks again, Mate! Great stuff!
