I like Darkest Hour a lot, but the vocals just kind of get on my nerves. It's too screechy or monotone? So someone might recommend the black dahlia murder and I think they are actually worse for the same reason. The vocals are annoying.

So still looking for something very similar musically to Darkest Hour, without the vocals.
