Thy Light are about to release their long awaited second album (6 years from the debut) on the 20th of July and Pest have it streaming on bandcamp. I have give it a couple of listens so far and found it quite enjoyable, more atmospheric than the first release with a nice use of keyboards and acoustic guitars. If you want some mid paced emotional black metal you will not do wrong checking it out, especially while you are awaiting the release of the new Gris and Sombres Forets albums! It reminds a bit of Zuriaake in some places. I know a few on here enjoyed the debut so here it is -

Loved the first demo when it first came out. Have been waiting for this one for a long time, thought it would never happen. Good to see the band still going, will definitely be picking this up.

It sounds quite different from the first one, but in a good way. Glad DSBM is still a thing.

I was going to kick your as... :D

but dont worry, the album is quite impressive, I really like the guitar solos and the keys. What a surprise and as I can see the digipack edition is not very expensive, ahhh its so difficult to save money for the holidays hehehe :D

Thanks bro! ;)

Know the feeling PB! I pre-ordered it all the same as I am quite enjoying it plus the first press comes with a free patch and free digital download, so not bad at all for the price.
