What is the name of that one-dimensional ultra-brutal death metal band that are occasionally called the heaviest band ever? They have a stereotypical illegible logo and I believe are American. I also seem to remember it being a two man band (possibly brothers?), though I could be wrong... I think the name starts with a D or maybe an E. They came up in conversation the other day, and the name was on the tip of my tongue but I just can't recall what it is.
