Well, as you may have understood, this is a metaphor. The Dan Seagrave topic reminded me of a great local band: Kaotik.
This is some pure old school death metal. The singer is quite impressive!

Considering Consuming Impulse is perhaps my favorite death metal album I can agree, but it is nice to hear something new that is high quality and sounds like it.

That's awesome. Hail of Bullets and is one of my favourite bands as well as the magic that Dan Swano gives to them via his mastering work, so more bands influenced by them can only be a good thing as far as I'm concerned.
