Hi ,
I have a question and hope to some information.
On ebay someone offers this version of Mayhem " Deathcrush " to .

http://www.ebay.com/itm/161185216936?ss ... 1438.l2649

The providers themselves do not know if it is an original .
I maintain that it is not original .
I myself have the original first pressing .

1 The numbering is different than the original.
In the original, the Y is much can tiger written and without hooks .

2 The provider indicates the matrix numbers as they are also present on the original.
However, on request I got the answer that the matrix number were applied by hand or pressed as writing.

3.The cover of the provider is fully printed on request and also the name under Euronymous his image.

However, this can not be.
Euronymous had a grudge by hand as there was at that time error with the print and the color of its name under the image.
All other names of the members are printed.
The numbering has been written by hand , as well as parts of the label.
The matrix numbers are pressed the original in block letters and not written by hand.

I tapped on a reissue of 2012 , however , this reissue no matrix number.
Who knows what to do and can provide information about this release ?
For me it's a reissue or a bootleg .

Have you tried checking on discogs? They have all sorts of info about all known releases including bootlegs. They also have pictures for your viewing pleasure. If that doesn't do it for you also take a peek at the bootleg thread stickied at the top of this page. It may be in there as well.

Hi,
No, I have studied and down my already high on Discogs.
There are actually coming into question only two pressings.
1 the pressing of 2012 numbered
and
2 the pressure without numbering.
The people on ebay offer like crazy.
However, they also believe in an original to offer, which none but, in my opinion.
This is supported by the statements of the seller.
Since they have absolutely no attention to the original.
Point of view and the first sign is because the numbering.
Euronymous has so handwriting never applied the numbering and the matrix numbers (as handwriting agrees not) is out of the question!

On request, this agent if he sends me photos of the alleged matrix numbers came so far no response.
Maybe there is not and that comes very close to sending you the reissue of 2012.
Furthermore, his copy has no inserts.
The original lay a green flyer A5 size at which the first copies were attached.
Then there were those in yellow and later also in white and A4.
That would be a further indication that it is a reissue of 2012.
This came on the market without inserts!

It isn't out of the realm of extreme possibility that the insert could be lost. Handschriflich is handwriting, right? I can barely understand your English.

Sorry but I use a translator (google) the usually not perfectly translated it and I do not speak very good English.
So:
The provider said that on the last groove of the record, the matrix number was applied as one actually writes.
So, this does not in block letters.
The originals, however, has pressed the block letters on the last groove.
I think he meant it as "Death in June" have managed on their albums as the "Rose Clouds Of Holocaust" or "But What Ends When The Symbols Shatter".
As one would have scratched the matrix numbers by hand and without the capital letters!

I have found something interesting here.

http://www.musik-sammler.de/media/834183

Only the author gives here an edition of 500 pieces.
But I have never seen that there is a numbering up to 500 copies (your copy is ...).
I know the Numbered reissues or after pressings with the indication to 1000.
It indicates that the matrix numbers are as in the original.
He did not at whether the matrix numbers were pressed in block capitals as in the original on the last groove, there is.
The seller on ebay told me that this same matrix numbers were pressed in cursive or were written.

Very useful post, Jackoroth.

Wie ich dir schon per Email mitgeteilt habe, gibt es hier einen eigenen Thread für solche Angelegenheiten, also bitte dort posten.
