That Чиста Криниця band (Chysta Krynycya in English) also used the same artwork on their previous album that Abigor used for 'Channeling the Quintessence of Satan'. This is a pretty entertaining thread! |

I don't think those are the same - the arms are in different positions on each cover. It looks like one is a ripoff of the other. |

(i'm not saying i approve of the ripoffs etc. - just playing devil's advocate) |

Slasher Design, who has done many metal album covers apparently uses the the phrase "original art" in very loose manner. He's cut and pasted from many artists and some of his clients and the artists are not too happy.

I just put this on another post but Sleeps second release is just the Vol.4 album cover   I don't see any benefit in doing this sorta thing, no one will take the album at its own face value. Vol. 2 does have a live cover of Master of This World though (even though its a Master of Reality track) |
