Oh and I bought Gorguts: Obscura brand new on cd when it came out. So I win for that... but Monstrosity: Imperial Doom has been on my want list for like 10 years at least.

Nice. I've got all their full-lengths on CD, (unfortunately) even that shitty one that did in the early 2000's.

Was going to bid on Black Mass of Absu and Towpath demo CDrs earlier, but the guy ended the auctions early for some reason. Fuck.

the dude probably got an offer from someone to just end them early and he would pay extra for that benefit.

The only one I had for the longest time was 3 cyprus trees or whatever it was titled. I enjoy that one I really like Holy Rollin Homicide.. though that video for it was pretty tarded: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vEmAHTJlCxs

I'm buying everything online. are there even any shops that sell music anymore?

I only know one and they just have old rock lps (the most rudimentary shit ever) and pop punk cds.

nothing else.

I haven't to a music store in probably 5 years cause they all closed down.

Oh wait I take that back I forgot at in 2010 I was in Little Rock, Arkansas playing a show and I was able to go to one there with a huge used section and just tons of everything.... didn't buy a thing cause they had nothing I didn't own already and what i might have bought brand new I could buy online from the label for ten bucks cheaper than they wanted.

This is great. I have Obscura but I don't have that Negativa album. Should hunt for that at some point.

Yep, it was. I like to visit there whenever I'm back up in Glasgow. Last time I picked up the first three Anvil LPs for £4 each. Occasionally they get some cool stuff.

I'm in the process of working out how often I can visit it without finding nothing new - I went away with a good amount of the Iron Maiden and Judas Priest a few visits ago, and as yet it's not "grown back" as it were.

this guy somehow has 4 of them?! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160897792494
the prodisk site is gone and apparently negativa are no more [which i suspected may happen after i heard about the new gorguts album, and the sad news about steeve hurdle]

you can hear the whole ep here http://www.myspace.com/negativa1/music :headbang:

Negativa was done as soon as Luc announced that he was reforming Gorguts.

Steeve wanted to push negativa into a more doom direction with clean female vocals so Luc left cause he wanted to further investigate and push the sound they were doing on Obscura. I ordered that Negativa from prodisk when it was first released, I used to talk to the bassist a bit online and he is the one who kept me up to date when it was coming out and how recording went and all that shit. he left when steeve started changing up the sound for the full length they were writing.

it's a great ep.

Woods of Ypres - Woods IV: The Green Album

I never heard of these guys before but after these two albums, I was pleasantly surprised.

My skagos - Ast limited edition LP finally arrived. It's so awesome. After discovering this band, listening to the album over 40 times, ordering the LP and waiting weeks, having it finally be here in my hands is oh so satisfying.

My river cassette arrived as well as reverend bizarre - crush the insects.

Spikefarm records. It's in one of those weird jewel cases with the rounded edges. I have in the rectory too.

I ordered that edition from Amazon.ca, but I have no idea when it will get to their warehouse and ship out because Amazon is being a derp.

Blood Ceremony - Blood Ceremony
Elvenking - Era (Digipak)
Pig Destroyer - Book Burner (two-disc book thing)

And that makes my 3300th CD. :) Come this December, it'll be just about ten years exactly since I really started loving and gathering music.
