From left to right, top to bottom:
Moonspell- Under the Moonspell (Picture Disc)
-Let this slip through my fingers on CD too many times, Moonspell's relatively primitive but unique and spirited early EP.
Suffocation- Despise the Sun
-Ridiculously short but powerful EP that sort of bridges classic Suffocation and their post-reunion material.
Moonspell- Alpha Noir/Omega White (2CD Digibook)
-One of 2012's most ambitious releases. Two albums: one heavy, one light, packaged together in a gorgeous book-style presentation.
Satyricon- The Shadowthrone
-I now have all the Satyricon that really matters; their 90's albums and a split with Enslaved that includes their only demo officially available.
Nox- Ixaxaar
-Though it's unfortunate this project is laid to rest, Centurian existing again makes up for it.
Dark Angel- Times Does Not Heal (Black Edition) (Oversized Digipack)
-Strange format, it's in between the size of a DVD and a CD, comes inside a slipcase with a booklet, also of bizarre proportions.
Shub Niggurath- Horror Creatures
-A compilation of obscure Lovecraftian oldschool death from Mexico.

Haha, he's lucky he's adorable because he's managed to put teeth marks in two of the most prized pieces of my collection (Septicflesh "The Great Mass" hardcover artbook and an Ulver "Shadows of the Sun" LP). He likes to lay on the lid when records are spinning, I guess he freaks out more if they're picture discs because he kept trying to spin around with it.

He can't really do any damage there and he usually just chills out.

I got all of that stuff minus the Moonspell CD at a place called Magnolia Thunderpussy in Columbus, Ohio. Really amazing store.

Indeed, it's one of my favorite album covers ever. Something just... cold and mechanical about it. All I can say is that I got these at a woefully low price on a fixed eBay auction. He even allowed best offers, but I wasn't taking any chances waiting! :D

I doubt I'll be quite as lucky in my quest for Under a Funeral Moon or A Blaze in the Northern Sky, unfortunately...

yeah but you don't have to pay shipping to new zealand

it was $19 + $6 postage, the seller Metalhaven actually gave me some free stuff too which i forgot to take photos of/list here, and i really should because all 3 extra free bonus cds are good
i'll do that later, they all came in these cool jewel sleeves which i've not seen before

i'll be hitting the merch table at marduk next week, i should be able to get some cool shit

forestcorpse: that sigh LP would look premo opened up in the lounge, it'd make a pretty cool full wall mural too :nods:

Its a pretty cool album, I got a german 1st pressing of Been Caught Buttering for only $7.50 including shipping. Although there is a small stain on the booklet for that price it doesn't even matter.

Still that's not bad, I got mine not to long after it was released anyway. ha, one highlight of being older but young enough to take advantage of ebay before everyone was sniping the shit out of everything all the time. I got tons of scores that way that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to get.
