Picked up a few missing classics:

Jag Panzer - Ample Destruction (No Poser version)
Onslaught - Power from Hell (25th anniversary remaster)
Possessed - Seven Churches (2012 reissue)
Striker - Armed to the Teeth

I used to have Striker's Road Warrior EP, but I could never get very much into it. Saw them again recently and was very impressed by their live performance so I decided to pick up their new album; especially after hearing so much praise for it. They've definitely improved IMO.

Yes, i have been pretty lucky lately with my flea market finds.
Sadly, we have lots of rain here in germany at the moment (at least in my area), which means most of the flea markets get cancelled.
But it's always the same, an unimpressive box filled with random chart-music crap from the nineties, and in between there a handfull of gems like these...

Not terribly metal but I picked up:

Deep Purple - Made In Japan (2x LP)
Blue Oyster Cult - Spectres (LP)

at a flea market in Eastern Market, Washington DC today. Guy selling them had some Megadeth CDs but I'm really un-interested in another copy of Peace Sells.

You really should! I got mine from HHR for $75, which still isn't really cheap but it's totally worth it - comes with a couple fucking huge posters with the album artwork on them and a booklet of sorts full of old zine scans. :D I don't regret buying it one bit.

Just got this shipment in a few days ago, pretty happy with it.

Dark Tranquillity - Construct + Deconstruct 7" Red Gatefold Vinyl
Into Eternity - Buried In Oblivion LP
Into Eternity - The Scattering of Ashes LP

FINALLY scored Agalloch's "Ashes Against The Grain" 2LP. First pressing, limited to 400 on clear orange vinyl. This is the Infinite Vinyl Series version, not the bootleg Grau pressing. Can't believe I found it, definitely the prized possession in my collection. Listening to it now for the first time, and it's beautiful.

My haul from the fuckin' awesome Evil Invaders fest this weekend:

Image

Muknal - Muknal
Horrendous - The Chills

Image

Cryptborn - In The Grasp Of The Starving Dead
Slaughtbbath / Demonic Rage - Furious As The Black Flames Of Hell / The Anguish's Doomaelstrom split
Spearhead - Deathless Steel Command
Spearhead - Decrowning The Irenarch
Bulletbelt - Down In The Cold Of The Grave

Image

Innsmouth - The Departure Of Shub-Niggurath demo (finally...)

Consummation - Consummation demo. Seriously, this band is ungodly. Great Australian black metal done right, and one of the BEST acts to play over the gig.

You mean the Mysto Dysto and Mandator records? Yes, they are original. And in a pretty good condition as well. How valuable? (Not that I would sell, I got them from a friend)

I need to check out the Eastern Market one time, I've heard cool things about it.

Same, I need to make a trip down there to check it out. I got a few cd's there several years ago but haven't been back since then, been depending mainly on Record Exchange.

Speaking of Record Exchange, yesterday I got:
Stratovarius - Elements Pt. 2
Stratovarius - Polaris
Stratovarius - Elysium
Velvet Acid Christ - Lust for Blood (found in the metal section oddly enough)
Pitchshifter - Deviant
Internet is too crappy here to upload a picture :(

Nothing really unusual, but I was stoked to get the Stratovarius cd's for $5(USD) each (or actually, even less, cause I got some kind of discount for buying the three of them). I don't own a lot of cd's, even of my favorite bands, so it was a good way to kickstart my Stratovarius collection. I've never heard Pitchshifter before (just heard of them), but the cd was 50 cents so I figured I might as well check them out.

No, he did. I don't live near him and didn't grow up in the 80s. I know him from a guitar forum and bought my guitar cabinet from him. On the forum this band came up. I said I liked it and then he asked some friends if they had a Mysto Dysto album for me. He also found the 2 mandator albums en send them to me.
