Got a turntable a couple of weeks ago (gift for my 20 years of work at my job), my girlfriend and I were looking a couple of month ago to buy one, but it was a bit expensive and we had others projects, so it was the perfect choice.
I was always impressed by how vinyl were more of a "collecting item", the bigger cover, the color of some special edition.
I have about 500 cds (but due to a lot of reason, I probably bought only 3 cds in the last 6-7 years), so I hope I will be able to grow my vinyl collection close to that.

Perfect music for these grey days. Introspective doomy post-rock with lovely vocals.

Awesome. I do buy more and more vinyl for the collection purposes. I love the format, though its a lot more convenient for me to listen to MP3 rips most of the time. Friday night is often my crack a beer, sit in my music collection room and spin some records.

Badass collection my friend, sick as fuck. I love most of these albums.

It's almost the same, I listen a lot of mp3 on my computer, and Spotify in my truck, but the weekend, mostly while I eat my breakfast I listen to those 2 vinyls, and my girlfriend want us to have some times to listen to our vinyl while we read books, mostly when my kids are with their mother

Third piece of the collection is in the mail now (I Prevail - True Power), will probably have it next week, and will probably wait after christmas to buy some other
