I know this is going to be a little vague, and I apologize for that up front.

I am trying to figure out the name of a band that is from Norway. I am pretty sure that they are a fairly new band and their style is considered to be black metal.

Their new CD came out within the last 2-4 months and the cover was pretty cool..... it had the Norwegian flag sort of draped on the front of it and the rest of the background is black.

I wanted to check this band out but I can't remember the name of them to save my life. Anyone know who I am talking about?

I haven't even heard that album myself. I was just on Northern Silence's web page not too long ago, and your description sounded familiar.

It turns out that it came out back in May, so a little linger than I had previously thought. But, at least I know what the name of the band is and The End Records has it in stock right now as well.

So is it any good?

Judging from the descrioption - old Forgotten Woods, early Borgir, it has to be OK.
