This is some cool stuff with Tomas Lindberg looking fago as fuck! These are from the same VHS as the cover of "Freezing Moon" with the Bethlehem logo in the back.

Unfortunately it appears they lose stage power for some reason during "Ripped from the Cross" and then the show is just done as the band members are carrying their shit out. Enjoy!

Cool stuff man, I really like Grotesque! Thanks for sharing, despite the dubious VHS quality.

That fucking rules. Decent sound too. I was expecting it to be unlistenable based on the video quality.

Yeah, fortunately sound doesn't deteriorate as bad as video from generation loss on VHS :)

I can't figure out if Alf is playing on these videos. I only see one guitar player, Tompa with spikes and someone bashing the drums in the back.

There was a better vid from 1989 on youtube, but that is somehow gone.

EDIT: nope, here it is. Actually the same video as above, just better sound/picture-quality:

Those are somewhat amusing though awesome. You can still somewhat appreciate the 'quality' of the concert despite the shitty quality. I'd love to have seen that live, Grotesque have always been one of the better Swedish death metal bands I though, even with only a few demos and an EP they still had a lot of good shit. Tomas looks so young too!
