Always had a soft spot for Xentrix, my fav release being "Shattered Exsistence", who could forget the ghostbusters theme tune they used to play, they got a lot of shit when kin was released but I liked that releases also.

For Whose Advantage is a great album. Questions and the title track are probably my favorites off of it. I need to buy their other albums though.

I must say I really enjoy Xentrix. Not the heaviest, but fast, and they know how to write a good song or two.

They aren't bad. The vocals are mostly Metallica worship though.

Old, honest and good sounding Thrash Metal. I like them.

Not bad, but not great either. Second tier thrash.

This...sort of....

They had isolated moments of brilliance. Funnily enough, I find "Kin" to be their most consistent album in terms of quality, even though, most of the pure thrash style of the earlier albums was not there. The 2 new studio songs on "Dilute To Taste" were awesome though. I'm sad they never recorded a whole album of songs in that vein. The style was still thrash, but the writing was A LOT better, and more mature than before. However, "Balance Of Power" and "Crimes" from the debut, are CLASSIC thrash tunes, I don't care what anyone says! "For Whose Advantage" only had 3 songs which I really liked, and weren't generic, forgettable, thrash. The title track, "Questions", and "Kept In The Dark", are great songs imo.

And it goes without saying, that their cover of "Ghostbusters" rocked! "Swing your pants!" :P

They belong to the same category of bands as Sacred Reich "bands that everyone blows their load over but are nothing special at all".
