Dammit! Was gonna mention them(the German one) :p I actually have one of their tracks off an old Noise(i think) compilation record which i got simply because it had two Celtic Frost songs on it. They were certainly much better than the American one :grin:

Covenant(Norway) vs Covenant(Sweden).

One is, well you know already and the other is an electronic three piece, who do rather classy music. The Norwegian group obviously are now known as The Kovenant because of legal reasons about name ownership after their In Times Before The Light record. Always wondered whether it was because of this band?

EDIT: Now that i think about it it may have been after Nexus Polaris but not really sure.

Great example, I forgot all about this one.

Thor's Hammer are actually known for their music aswell, 'Three Weeds From the Same Root' seems to be pretty popular.

In a similar vein of Poison and Warrant, there is Darkness (German Thrash) and The Darkness (UK hard rock)
