I just got an album, the corpse of rebirth from the band a forest of stars....I loved it......... It is psychedelic Black Metal.... Can anyone suggest some bands which play the same kind of music as AFOS..... also which album is better Limbonic Art - moon in the scorpio or Emperor - in the night side eclipse.... I have Limbonic Art - In Abhorrence Dementia & it kicks assss...... I also have emperors anthems to welkins and dust. I like that too. Please advise me.......!!!!

Can AFOS be called BM as many people claim that it is not? I personally feel it is beautiful BM with lovely trance like parts.... AFOS-TCOR seriously kick ass!!

sorry to hi-jack your thread, but I have the demo version if anyone is interested for trade.

Emperor > Limbonic Art

you might like Darkspace for trance-inducing black metal.

If you like psychedelic Black Metal, try Njiqqahda. Their album 'Mal Esk Varii Ann' is fucking beautiful.

Good stuff. You might also enjoy the relatively new Greek band, This Is Past.

i'll second njiqqahda, menace ruine, and gris, and also throw in caina and vediog svaor.

you may also find some value in this is past's "alice in uglyland", though i really can't get into it after several listens.
