This is the second Lunarsea album, released in early October. For those who don't know of them, they are melodeath with keys and a clean voice in most every song (along with the harsh vox). Sounds like there is potential for an amazing level of gayness, I know, but they are actually quite good. This second album is a big step up from their debut; I can't stop listening (and this coming from someone who listens mostly to OSDM).

They may not be for everyone, but I'm sure many here who do not know of them would really enjoy them.

A song from the new album: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zfBF4nW ... re=related

Listening to "Found Me Cryogenized" now. It's not bad, but the cleans are definitely still putting me off somewhat. Fans of melodeath will more than likely enjoy this more than me. Might not be my thing, but I can see the quality in it.

Yeah, that bothered me at first too when I was getting into their debut - I normally hate clean vocals. But they eventually grew on me, and have become part of the band's charm for me.

I don't mind a few cleans, but I can admit I'm a bit close-minded in that aspect, and like all my vocals at least yelled. :)

Decent band, though. I might look into them more, if I decide to.

Wow I'm surprised people listen to this band. I heard about them way back when, and I haven't heard them talked about till now. This song from the debut is alright, but I don't really like it compared to their debut.

I have Hydrodynamic Wave and thought it was a decent album, but Route Code Selector is a huge step up. They've really cleaned up their sound, but the clean vocals could be improved a little bit. Great bnad though
