I watched the interview they were on in Ireland on Youtube. The Christtrolls pulled out the 11 Rules of the Earth (Anton LaVey). Akercocke said soemthing about that being the work of Dr. LaVey. I then had to exit the window.

Is Akercocke LaVeyen or Theistic Satanists, because I missed that part?

They are neither theistic nor LaVeyan satanists. I think that what they were trying to say is that you don't have to buy into LaVey's bullshit about what Satanism ought to be in order to use Satan as a symbol or inspiration. Nothing they've ever said leads me to believe that they literally 'worship' Satan; rather, they use the idea of Satan to express themselves.

I think they threw the term "aggressive atheists" in an interview.

Nope, they said in an interview that those who worship satan as a deity are as stupid as all other theists (or something to that effect).
