Not really very much I think, maybe appx. 10 Euros or something like that, the "Reign of Death" on the other side often sells around 20-30 Euros.

Anybody know what an Angelcorpse The Inexorable CD in the black digipack with the bonus track could go for? I've heard they're rare, and I've had one for years and tbh I'm not terribly fond. Thanks.

As far as I know, and I've inquired earlier about its rarity, I believe it's the US first edition that came in digipack format, something like a limited first edition you know? But I don't think it's rare at all.

Thanks. Funny, I remember buying it on a trip to France. I suppose I'm mistaken.

To be more on topic, the most I've paid for a rarity was about $35 for a Von - Satanic Blood Angel double LP. Not terribly rare or too pricey in the grand scheme, but the most I've paid for an album (so far). Worth every penny no doubt.

I remember reading in the comments of a Youtube video for Mercyful Fate that the Nuns Have No Fun EP had recently been seen on eBay for $500.

I guess this might be true...

recently:

A Dutch vinyl press from 1982 was sold on ebay for $42.50 - that was in January.

Also the Mercyful Fate - Nuns Have No Fun + Evil - Evils Message bootleg CD sold for $104.50 on an ebay auction too.

OK, it's not a metal release, but I am currently watching with fascination the bidding on this "ultra rare" pressing of The Beatles' Please Please Me album. Eight grand and counting....

I just spotted an original Emperor 'Reverence' 7" at one of the local cd stores downtown for $20. I'm thinking that this seems like a pretty good deal.
Does anyone know how much the 7" usually goes for ???

The 7" auctions end anywhere between 10 and 20 dollars, so it's a good deal, but not an extraordinary bargain or anything.

Just bought Thergothon- Fhtagn-nagh Yog-Sothoth (CD) 2005 for too much money:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Thergothon-Fhtagn-n ... 41575af1f6

Funny too, because I own the original Wild Rags cassette from 1992.

Currently watching an original press of Stratovarius - II on eBay to see how much it goes for.

Bidding started at $10, and has now climbed to $102.50 and the auction still hasn't ended.

It is the same with some guys on Amazon. Only because some people list their stuff for overrated prices this doesn't mean the album even sells or this reflects the actual value.

This is a better place to look though it mostly lists the 12" version:

http://www.popsike.com/php/quicksearch. ... +reverence

These are prices people have really paid but outside Ebay I would reduce the price by 10-20%

You would have to be lucky to get the Funeral Nation CD for 10€. It is worth twice as much at least.

Archaic Torse - there is one on eBay right now so we'll wait and see. I got my copy last year for 2€ "Deutschland versand" only auction, but the CD is quite rare and from a collectible label, so when it is listed as a worldwide auction it can easily go for 25€ or more.

A marbled vinyl copy of Shining - Submit to Selfdestruction 7'' is up for sale on eBay. Marbled vinyl? Smells like bootleg.

Sold mine for £13 last year so $20 sounds about right.

Someone nabbed a buy-it-now copy of Innerfear for $99 last week. Quite low considering the last copy sold for $500.

The largest amount of money I've ever paid for a single CD was $ 300.00 (about $ 325.00 if you include the shipping cost). That CD was The Deluge by Manilla Road

I just won a copy of Fleshcrawl's Descend Into the Absurd for $25 after shipping. Not sure what it goes for but it seemed like a deal I didn't want to pass up. Does anyone know how much it generally goes for?

What album that's limited to 14 copies is so great it's worth seeking out?

In my experience, some of the best stuff makes it to the mainstream, like Slayer, Deicide, Morbid Angel, Massacra, etc.

I have that puppy on vinyl (Noise press), and in pretty good nick. How much would that be worth now if the cd went for that much?
