Nobody mentioned Fortíð? I was sure somebody would mention them! (Admittedly, the band moved to Norway but they were originally Icelandic).

Really good folk/viking metal. Here are some early tracks from them. I haven't listened to their newer stuff, but I'm sure it's great.

Here's Dynfari's newer album that was being referred to as "Björknagar". They have another album coming out soon too.
