1. Epic Metal
2. War Metal
3. Psychedelic Metal (I mean what's the first metal band to have included psychedelic elements)
4. Modern Metal (is this genre even real ?)

5. Melodic Metal (WTH man, when did this one become an established genre ?)

With the exception of war metal (and nobody agrees what that is anyway) the other four aren't genres; they're just things which some bands happen to be, on top of whatever genuine genre they are.

Most War Metal bands are Blasphemy worship. Those others can mean a lot of different things, so there's no answer.
