this. it's the sort of stuff i listened to in my teens (late 90s/early 00s) simply because it was metal. it has no character, no feeling... it's just loud and mechanical.
CF_Mono was referring to "Spectrum of Eternity" which is easily the best song out of the ones released. There's a certain level of intricacy within the intensity that just sucks me in, great melodies. More character than Soilwork has had in ages.
