^Is that Karl Willets' band? I read their logo as "Manowar", and now I cannot unsee it.

The DVD version is a hoot, worth it for Abbath's stage antics alone.

Thanks, man! The EP is actually one of the best releases I've heard from this year. I heard it playing in the metal section of the record store, and I was like, "holy shit, what is this stuff?". Totally recommend it, even if it's a wee bit overpriced.

Harley Flangan new cd
Guanta Batz best of cd
Blue Eyed Devils last mcd
Motorhead No Sleep at All Japanese pressing cd
Galneryus 'Angel...' cd (for a friend back home)

For a second there, I thought the sticker on jamz's Foo Fighters album was meant to stand for "2 for 2" but was misspelled lol.

But it's just part of the way they're organized.

Nice one Dragmire! good score, Dan Swano is the man! i recently got the albums myself

I have not posted here in ages so i thought i would show an update, these are albums that have have gotten over the last two months. Alot of these are from discogs second hand, except for the last haul at the bottom which were new

Leviathan - Scar Sighted (Im actually late to the Leviathan craze, also i dont know the previous material very well but this album is great! alot more death metal than i expected)
Infestdead - Satanic Serenades (I have always wanted these two albums, so when they released this i had to get it)

Image

Desaster - The Oath Of An Iron Blood (this is actually my first album from Desaster and i enjoyed it tons, will probably end up buying more of there stuff)
Legion Of Doom - The Horned Made Flesh (this is completeing my LoD collection, awesome greek black metal!)
Legion Of Doom - God Is Dead
Legion Of Doom - The Summoning Of Shadows
Image

The Abyss - The Other Side and Summon The Beast (double album release, i would have preffered to buy the originals, but this is packaged ok and for its price it was a bargain)
Incantation - Blasphemy (filling the gaps in my collection)
Satyricon - Nemisis Devina (reissue mediabook)
Image

Dead - You'll Never Know Pleasure Until You've Tasted Pain (not a huge porngrind fan, but Dead pull it off pretty well, and the lyrics are perverted
Dead - V.I.P.
Abigor - Supreme Immortal Art
Abigor - Apokalypse
Abigor - Opus IV
Image

Blessed Death - Destined For Extinction
Blessed Death - Kill Or Be Killed
Exhorder - The Law
Exhorder - Slaughter In The Vatican
Image

I also did a old school death metal haul, some classic stuff in there.
The bands here are (getting lazy haha)
Accessory
Vanhelgd
Epitaph
Interment
Funebrarum
Skeletal remains
Grotesque deity
Discreation
Cemetery
Wombath
Morbid saint

Its awesome! Im new to the band as well, the sound on the album is a mix of black metal and thrash, heaps of energy, its well mixed and the drumming really stands out on the album, for the most part its pretty straight forward blackened thrash with bits of dark melody thrown in.

Hmm, blackened thrash isn't something I'm too familiar with, excluding Pheonix Rising by Deströyer 666. Sounds like something I would easily enjoy. The album cover looks bloody awesome, therefore I'd be willing to shed the cash.

Ha ha strangely it is quite comparable to that era of Destroyer 666, although not exactly the same its in the same vain. Next im going to hunt down the Moonsorrow albums, i picked up the latest one not to long ago and i was hooked.

I finally found a decently priced copy of Forest Stream's Crown of Winter. I've been looking for this for a while, and since Candlelight Records is apparently dead(?) it's not going to get repressed.

Desaster are super good and the new one rocks hard. A nasty mix of thrash, black and some death and heavy metal. I picked the album when the band destroyed Montréal recently alongside a cool ass pin.

Just ordered My Dying Bride - The Angel and the Dark River. One my favourite albums of all time and I've been without a physical copy for something like 15 years, shame on my nuts.
