Got some things over the last week, figured I'd post them. Perhaps a picture will come later when they all get here.

Black Mess Records this week (CDs) (If you're in Baltimore and love extreme metal, you need to stop by here, the owner is a really cool dude):

Behexen - From the Devil's Chalice, Awesome stuff.
Mare - Spheres like Death, Awesome stuff too, although a bit short. Reminded me a touch of Necros Christos. Might let my special lady hold on to this though.
Walknut - Graveforests and Their Shadows, Listening to this stuff right now and it's sounding pretty awesome so far. :headbang: \m/ \m/
And something special for my special lady. :3

Just ordered these from Nuclear War Now, since they are having a nice sale (25% off):

Godkiller - The Rebirth of the Middle Ages, LP of this amazing lean atmospheric black metal release by one of my favorite bands ever.
Godkiller - Burn the White Kingdom, LP bootleg with demo material on it, hope it's decent quality. Too bad it doesn't have the other version of The End of the World on it like the CD does. Oh well.
Horna - Viha Ja Viikate
Horna - Hiidentorni
Nastrond - From the Black Funeral Coffin
Noothgrush - Failing Early, Failing Often, Such kick ass awesome performance at MDF. This was dirt cheap.

It has definitely been a black metal kind of week for me. Wanted to boost my black metal collection a bit more, and these definitely help.

Cancer - Death Shall Rise (2014 RE, blue vinyl)
Anarchos - Descent Into The Maelstrom (EP)
Vader - Tibi Et Igni (digipack)

Along with the Anarchos cd also came some cool stickers.

Ah that's cool! I thought these were not supposed to be sold to customers outside of Finland.

Here's a small order I got from Stormspell records today.

Image

Ancient Empire-When Empires Fall
Chalice-Demo Anthology
Demonia-Speaking With The Devil
Forgotten Disciple-Last Train To Heaven
Hot Fog-Secret Phantasies of the Dragon Sun
Ordained Fate-Demo Anthology
Reign Fury-World Detonation (he gave me this for nothing because it took him awhile to ship the package)

Apparently I hadn't completely picked NWN! clean yet, took advantage of the sale:

Cauchemar - Tenebrario
Abigail - Intercourse and Lust
Denial of God - The Horrors of Satan
Living Death - Metal Revolution

Cauchemar is the reason for the season, been meaning to check them out for awhile. The reviews make it sound like they lean more towards the nwobhm/heavy side of doom than the really slow stuff so I'm quite excited to see what they're all about. I've always wanted to hear Abigail's debut before he went full on scum metal. DoG seem like they were probably heavily influenced by Mortuary Drape so I'm gonna see what they have to offer. Never heard Living Death but I love terrible vocals and the album is short so here we go....

Just put in an order to Ominous Domain for the following CDs:

Summoning - Lost Tales
Summoning - Oath Bound
Summoning - Old Mornings Dawn

Finally finishing off my Summoning collection I started many moons ago. Oath Bound and Old Mornings Dawn are both stunning, superb and beautiful. Summoning is, as autothrall said, one of the creative pinnacles in all of metal music (something I actually agree with him on). Can't wait until they get here! :headbang:

From Discogs, unfortunately the main thing I wanted was forgotten from the parcel [Conan - Monnos] but the seller was a total pro and has shipped that sucker out

Bongripper - Live At Roadburn 2012 [NED, double CD, the 2nd disc is Satan Worshipping Doom live in its entirety, pretty cool apart from the really cheap Digipak packaging, in fact they all have crap digipaks]
Slomatics - Estron [NED, wicked! super catchy stoner doom, great vocals too and cool artwork - space yaks?! ha ha]
Slomatics - A Hocht [NED, also super wicked catchy stoner doom, quite different vocals on this]

Living Death's shit vocals are awesome. I personally prefer the albums surrounding Metal Revolution, but it's still good. They're the sick, twisted pervert Accept.

...That sounds incredible! I would have preferred the debut just to excise as much thrash as possible.

Their pervert thrash is cool, too. This is one of the best instrumentals around.

Opus Majestic - The Pain of God

Seems interesting, has a lot of atmosphere. I might review it. The songs are ridiculously long though.

I bought the cassette reprint of Graveland's Necromanteion on Discogs a week ago, along with a Technics cassette player. The original cassette printing of that album is being sold for 175 bucks on the same website, but I'm not willing to pay that much for an original copy as my budget stands.

I just ordered a bundle of Darkspace albums from Avantgarde Music after listening to the phenomenal Darkspace - III on Youtube.

Included in the order are: -I, I, II and III.

Really looking forward to lose myself in the fucked up universe of Darkspace.

Just snagged Envenom by Sabbat off ebay. I listened to The Dwelling earlier and realized I just haven't invested enough time with these guys. Looking forward to hearing the debut for the first time. Satan Bless You is a cool song name.

Yeah, it's not the first pressings but I still think it's an awesome price for such a quantity of awesome music.

Not even the second one for that matter (first is on limited digipak, second on black disc). Those should be the silver discs, but then again the music doesn't change with the colour of the disc. :p

That was a good price, indeed. I sold one a couple of years ago for 20€, excluding shipping.
