This is the solo side-project of Rush's guitarist Alex Lifeson.

Reportedly, a sequel titled "Victor II" was in the planning stages when Alex's fellow Rush bandmate, Neil Peart, went through his personal tragedies. However, the idea of this album was later scrapped.
