Formed on February 18th, 1997, they initially split-up in November 2009, due to internal disputes and musical differences. Four songs recorded for a potential fourth record were never released until now but the band Lux Incerta released a re-arranged version of one of these songs entitled "Shelter" with guest vocals by Manuel Munoz on their debut record "A Decade of Dusk".
