Originally formed in May 1994 by Matze, Thomas and Olaf after the split-up of (original) PROTECTOR. Due to health problems Thomas left the band and was replaced by Mario and Raimund. After the release of the “3D-Hate” demo the band was joined by Daniela. Later SQUARE WAVES recorded the studio song “Tekkno War” for an unreleased CD-compilation.
