Formed as Sigma Sentinel in 1998. In early 2005, when there was only Charly Siecola and Gino in the band, they changed name to Sigma and called Nicolás, Santiago and Diego to come to the band, then changed metal style and lyrical themes too.
In 2008 they changed again their name to Sighmä after the departure of the vocalist.
