Started as a Thrash Metal band in autumn 1988 called Deformity.
The first line-up included Miika Tenkula (Vocals, Guitars), Lari Kylmänen (Bass) and Tuure Heikkilä (Drums). After line-up changes in 1989 they changed their name and style.
