Started in 1998 by Matt "Razor" Schneemilch, later in Deströyer 666. In 1999 Schneemilch and Hastings moved to England.

Occam's razor is the meta-theoretical principle that "entities must not be multiplied beyond necessity". The principle is attributed to William of Occham, a 14th-century English logician, theologian, and Franciscan friar.
