Started out as a cover band in 1981 (with Hammer, Darrow and More in the lineup) playing (mostly) Thin Lizzy covers but with the addition of Ronnie Atkins in 1982 they started writing their own material.

Since Pretty Maids didn't break through in USA, Allan Delong, Ricky Marx and Phil More left the band in 1991 leaving just Atkins and Hammer. The band was actually split up for a little while but ...
