On September 28th 2006, singer Dustin Rose was sentenced to serve a term of 70 months for undisclosed reasons. Guitarist Bill stated "Yes, we are going to continue. O.H. will just be on hold until Dustin is released. We could never have someone else take his place".

The band then reformed in 2011 and recorded a 3-track promo for a split, but ultimately fell apart shortly after that.
