Originally founded by Dan Holder and Andy Torres in March, 2003. The first lineup of Merciless Death consisted of Andy Torres on vocals and bass, Dan Holder on guitar, Mike Griego on guitar, and Cesar Torres on drums. Mike soon left the band due to personal differences.
