KLV stands for "Kehitysvammaisen Lapsen Vanhemmat" which is Finnish for "parents of a deficient child".

Around 2002, they were supposed to record an album for Firebox Records but a few years later the label decided not to release it after all and thus nothing was recorded.

Some KLV songs later became Reverend Bizarre songs, like "The Hour of Death".
