KLV stands for "Kehitysvammaisen Lapsen Vanhemmat" which is Finnish for "parents of a deficient child". It started as a noisecore act but moved towards more progressive gothic/doom oriented material. Little is known about the other releases besides the split 7" with Viikate.

Around 2002 they were supposed to record an album for Firebox Records but few years later the label decided not to release ...
