The band began as raw black metal, then for the 3rd album started to have martial industrial influences.
Despite the old logo, this is not a NSBM band. The band has a fascist ideology, but not entirely NS.
Ixtaukayotl disbanded in December 2010, and reunited in January 2012; then Tánatos joined the band for the 3rd full-length.
