Formed in the spring of 1982, out of the remnants of two high school bands, Power-Station and Scrap. Originally named Fratvacker, they changed their name to Flatbacker after releasing their first demo. In the late 80s's, the band relocated to Los Angeles and became known as Ezo, opting for a more commercial direction.
