In 2008, Frank Ruhnke, Florian Schulz and Pierre Leyendecker created a new band called Punish My Heaven.

Band indicated on their website, that they will disband by the end of 2007. Fading Starlight experiences continued problems to be signed to a new label.

Stefan Schmidt from Jester's Funeral sang additional lead vocals, backing vocals on the 2002 "Lost II" album.
