The band name consists of two words in Sindar, a language from J.R.R. Tolkien's writings. The name roughly means "Well of Darkness". In the writings of Tolkien, there's no well that wears that name, so it's made up by the band themselves.

In 2008 the Project has been freezed due to various personal problems.
