Corporate Riot was formed in August of 2002 in Toronto, Canada.

The band broke up a week after their last show in August 2004 over musical differences. Since then Lenny and Ted have formed the brutal death metal band Mortify and Marko is now in Bleak Destiny.

The band has restarted in 2005 with only Ultra Jugulator.
