C.O.D. stands for Corpus Omni Domini. They started as a thrash/speed metal band. The band returned in 2006 after a ten-year split-up and signed a contract with Firebox Records. They then recorded an album for Firebox but it remains unreleased.

Corpus Omni Domini appeared on the Skepticism tribute album "Entering the Levitation" covering the song "The Rising of the Flames."
