Band formed by Alan Atkins, former vocalist with Judas Priest from 1969 to 1973. When Altkins returned to England in 1989 he wanted to record some albums, as well as to show his version of the Judas Priest classic "Victim of Changes", which he co-wrote before leaving Priest in 1973 (the song was re-written and extended by Rob Halford in 1973-1974).
