Not to be confused with Varg from Freiburg.
Varg means "wolf" in both Swedish and Norwegian.
Varg participated on the Might is Right Sampler with the song Altes Feuer and on the Legacy Pagan Fire Sampler with the song Wolfszeit in 2007.
They have been signed by Nuclear Blast in Fall 2009, but after some weeks the contract was dissolved due to disagreements about "basic ideas of music, promotion and content".
