| Ernst van Ee and Ben Blauw formed Helloïse after breaking away from Highway Chile when Highway Chile's vocalist failed to record adequate vocals for the second full length after weeks. Helloïse became famous and toured extensively (as openers for for example Motörhead, Y & T, Def Leppard and Whitesnake) but finally split in 1989 (in 1996 they reunited again). |
